Notes: This course is designed to give students a basic knowledge of nutrition and herbology. The course consists of 10 lessons and a final exam.

Syllabus : Basic nutrition, nutritional remedies and biochemic tissue salts, homeopathy and nutrition, new biochemic nutritional remedies, herbal medicines, standard dosages and trace elements, amino acids, proteins and phytochemicals, enzymes, evening primrose oils, co-enzyme Q-10 and glandular remedies.
